It's fish food, there is nothing special about it, the fish like it, I got free shipping and a better price than I could get it locally. Based on that, I recommend it.

This has been a good fish food for us. We have a Danio, platy and two tetras. They all seem to do well with this food. We've had them for almost a year and they are all still alive and enjoying life.
