My dog devoured this item and still licks at that bone occasionally. Usually he completely ignores the bone after all the stuffing is gone, but this one has kept his interest.

The peanut butter fell out in one huge chunk the minute I opened the plastic bag the bone was in. The bone itself is fine, hence two stars. Not a great product.
