dog didn't like it that much,she ate her food better without it. it contains maltodextrin.looked online,kind of iffy for some.i'm sure it's ok. peace......

We had months of trouble after we adopted our adult shelter dog: endless diarrhea and vomiting. He actually stopped eating for a while. We finally got him stablized on a grain-free diet with expensive allergen-free dog food. We also add this probiotic to his food. He's doing great now. His EXTREMELY sensitive digestion is now well-supported by by Total-biotics powder. And he eats it with no problem. We sprinkle it on top of every meal and he chomps it down. I have 5 cats who I adore to death and nothing makes me happier than buying them something that will help them be healthier and feel better.

My youngest cat, Blue, has IBS issues that flare up here and there. One of my other cats, Widdle, was consistently getting UTI's that were treated with antibiotics. After so many antibiotics I wanted to replace the good bacteria she lost during her treatments.

I previously had my 5 cats on Animal Essentials Plant Enzymes and Probiotics which was for the most part a good product. Blue was still having diarrhea at times and 2 of my other cats poops were stinky!

We use to have to clean our 4 litter boxes more often because of the smell and now it's the normal 2x a day.

Another plus is that their coats are shinier and softer with less shedding.

I definitely notice they are way more active especially our 2 10 yr old female cats. I haven't seen them be so playful and so quick at climbing their cat trees since they were kittens.

I have three cats who all have different needs. I feed them a wet and dry food diet and try to keep them as healthy as possible. My cat Simon used to throw up his food almost daily and after switching to grain free and using the Total Biotics in his food, he almost never throws up anymore (only hairballs now). All three of my cats are soft and shiny. I also have a cat who is prone to bladder infections and this helps to keep his immune system strong and 'knock on wood', it has been 2 years since he has had any problems. I use this on their wet food and sprinkle it on their dry food also. I have recommended this to others and they seem to love it too.
