I fed my dog one meal and when I turned around the bowl was in 30 pieces. When I first got it I had my doubts, which were quickly proved correct. I feed my dogs in bowls that have the ability to slow their eating down. On the internet the photo gives the impression that the "paws" are lower than the bottom of the bowl, creating a smaller cup in each paw, which would slow the dog down. In fact they are essentially the same depth as the bowl itself.

I could never recommend this product, with one exception: I love the orange color.
